The Jefferson County High School Marching Band performs at all home football games and most away football games. Additionally, the band performs around the community and most notably at regional competitions in the fall.

All students interested in marching band must be enrolled in the class during the fall, which meets every day during fourth period. In addition, the band practices after school on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 3:30-6:00 weekly. Attendance to all rehearsals/performances/events is mandatory.

Prospective members will be required to attend marching band prep days in the spring where they will learn fundamental skills for the year. Marching band is open to all students.

Furthermore, summer band camp is a requirement of all members.

Week 2: July 20 - July 24 8am - 8pm
